“Muy bien. Me equivoqué al poner la fecha del transfer de vuelta, y cuando esperábamos fuera del hotel al transfer, llamé preguntando ya que era la hora pactada. Desde el teléfono de urgencias me comentaron que la reserva no estaba hecha para ese día, pero lo resolvieron al momento sin ningun coste adicional. A los 10 minutos teníamos un transfer en la puerta.”
