“Excellent service travelling with my two daughters alone. Met us at the airport coming through passport control, helped with luggage and took us straight to our hotel. We also booked to take us back to the airport to return home. We highly recommend and it was cheaper than other transfers. We will definatley use again.”

“Pickup was heavily delayed and the office did not even mind to say sorry. For them a 10 minute delay results in loss of everything, they can be 20 minutes late and still not be there and still have to argue that they should give a headsup when they know there is a delay. Never ever”

“Failed to impress. No driver waiting with name placard. Young man at Beniconnect stand saved the day when my phone wouldn't connect to emergency number given and he discovered we'd been transferred to an ABAS coach transfer. Will not use Zip transfers in the future.”

“Met by rude staff at the airport ,that shouted at me because our plane was delayed. The signage to find them was non existent and only found them when we'd looked everywhere else in arrivals ,no clipboard man at all. The drivers that took us too and from the villa were very nice.”
