“Booking was very straightforward thanks to the assistance of the gentleman in the Sorrento office who was very helpful and pleasant and spoke very good English. The taxi turned up on time and we had a good journey to the airport with the friendly driver. He also assisted us with our luggage at both ends of the journey. I would highly recommend Zip transfers.”

“Got a transfer from Albufeira to Faro airport. Driver was very rude. First gave me and my girlfriend a lecture for not greeting him correctly and not saying good morning. He got quite angry and intimidating here. Then gave out that we were going to the airport too early which got him out of bed too early, lectured us that we shouldn't have gone back to Albufeira two years in a row as it's a waste. Couldn't believe my ears, we were glad to get out of that taxi..”
