“Excellent service. At the airport where the reps are when we got through customs. Had a sign with our name on it so no messing at all, took us straight to the hotel. Picked us up when they said they would and dropped us at the airport in plenty of time to get through security and join our flight. Would have no issue at all in recommending them.”

“I used Zip to transfer 16 members of my touring cricket team from Malpensa Airport to our hotel in Coronado, and back again four days later. The pickup was flawless, as was the return trip. On time and punctual. The rate was the cheapest I found after an internet search. The mini bus was comfy and clean. I'd use them again”

“The booking online was quick and straightforward, and a very competitive rate. Our driver was ready and waiting for us with our names clearly on a sign at the arrivals lounge, and we had a great drive into Rome. The driver pointed out all the places of interest too, which was a lovely touch. The car was spotless. Thank you”

“On arriving at the airport the driver of our taxi(minibus) was waiting in the designated area. We were taken directly to our hotel. Very efficient. On the day of our return the driver and the minibus were at the hotel entrance exactly on time and he took us straight to the airport . My only complaint is that l was charged for a child's seat for our two year old granddaughter but there was not one in the vehicle so we had to put her in the seat with the adult safety belt on. This is not legal but we didn't speak to the driver as our Spanish is not very good and we thought it could delay him. Thank you for your service.”

“The taxi was waiting for us at the airport the moment we came into arrivals we saw the taxi driver with our names and they picked us up at the exact time they said on the return journey the taxi drivers were both very nice we will defo be booking with them in the future”
