“I was waiting 40 min at the airport before the driver show up. This is the second time i have to wait In nov it was 30 min waiting. Next time i will use another transfer company”

“Disappointed that our driver wasn't waiting for us at arrivals and then when we went to the desk we had to wait another 20mins before transport arrived, would have been easier and quicker to get a taxi.”

“Good service. But driver dropped us off at wrong hotel even though I asked him twice was this the right one as I knew it wasn’t but he insisted. I phoned back company after being told by hotel we were in the wrong one and to be fair he came back and brought us to our original hotel.”

“Very Happy with service arranged a transfer from Gran Canaria to Cruise Ship and from Cruise Ship to Airport. 4 Adults and Luggage on both trips we had a large 12 seater min bus with adequate space HIGHLY Recommend.”

“The driver was not there when we cleared immigration. Two 78 year olds abandoned rescued by passenger assistance and taken to taxi transfers office.We showed them our paperwork and they agreed to take us to La Pinta.”

“2nd time using them. This time Tenerife. Return vehicle was newer than 1st journey, obviously depends what companies they give the job to. Taxis were waiting at the time booked. Happy with service again.”
