“We were very disappointed by the services rendered! We have booked and paid for a van to transfer all four of us from and to the airport of Milan. Both times a regular car appeared, instead of a van and both drivers used the same excuse, i.e. that an incident has happened and the van could not make it! One of us had to take a taxi, as there was not enough room for four passengers and their luggage. I will never use ZIP transfers again and I will not recommend it to anyone else to use.
