Our transfer back the airport was more than 30 minutes late, a minibus had been booked and 2 taxis showed up and we then had to pay an extra €4 per car for the motorway toll

I HAD BOOKED FOR 8 PEOPLE AND VAN THAT TURNED UP WAS OK,JUST NOT UP TO YOUR USUAL STANDARD.ON THE RETURN TRIP IT WAS TWO TAXIS,I COULD HAVE GOT TAXIS FROM IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL.PART OF THE GROUP NORMALLY JUST GET A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORTAND BACK BUT I PERSUADED THEM TO USE YOUR COMPANY INSTEAD AND THEY ENDED UP IN A TAXI.

The driver was allocated a vehicle type he had never driven before and was unfamiliar with the layout of the controls, or how to start a diesel car properly. Not all headlights were in working order, thus endangering other road users and ourselves. As a result, we did not feel safe during the journey. The driver did not inspect the car before leaving, otherwise would have noticed the broken lights. We will not be using your service again. We will not be recommending your service to anyone.

The driver was about 20 minutes late even though the flight was delayed by about 45 minutes. I had to call the central number. This is the second time that this has happened in Lanzarote

The driver was slightly late but was very rude and drove extremely fast even though we told him we had lots of time to get to the airport!

Arrived at Cologne Bonn Airport but nobody their to meet us. Had to phone head office in Spain to sort out a driver.

After nearly 30 mins wait told to make our own way to the airport as there were problems with your local operator. Luckily we made it just in time. Cost us 15 Euro more, cost us a lot of stress, worry, and waiting in a street for 45 minutes. As compensation offered 15 Euro. How kind and considerate. NOT.

Driver not present at faro airport on our arrival ,was about 15 minutes late. Driver was also late for pick up at hotel.

Journey there was comfortable in a vehicle suitable for 4 people and luggage but the return journey was a much smaller car and quite cramped for us. Plus the guys on the way out dropped us and left us at completely the wrong address so a further taxi was required.

On arrival to arrecife we were kept waiting an hour for our party of 6 transfer to our hotel, which was very disappointing

The driver who was picking us up at the airport did not have a notice with my name on so I had no idea who he was. It was only after waiting 15 minutes for him to arrive, that I phoned his number, and he was standing there all along.

Whilst our journey from the airport was good our return trip was not. Our pre-paid taxi did not turn up and when we rang the emergency number we were told our trip had not been scheduled and we should find our own way back to the airport despite us not being able to speak German. We also had to pay out another €100 which luckily we could scrape together. The whole experience was very distressing.

picking up for the return journey to the airport you were 40 mins late which meant we were at the back for checking in which took us over 1 hr 30mins so will not use you again

For the return journey we asked to extend our pickup time. Was told isn't possible. Then rushed back to make original time then the driver didn't show up. 3 phone calls later somebody arrived 50 mins late....we made our flight OK but it was a stressful experience.

Taxi a bit shabby. No cheaper booking in advance. Paid €36. Could have got a taxi for €30 at the airport so it cost 20% more. Don't book ahead. You don't get it cheaper. It worked out more expensive.

Waited 30 minutes for driver. I had booked a car but when the vehicle finally turned up it was a slow minibus

I booked the transfer using the 24hour clock & apparently the driver arrived but without a phone call or email he left again so 12 hours later when I am expecting a driver nothing happened & I had to phone the office to discover he had been 12 hours prior. I had to provide a phone number three times on the booking form but no one could have phoned not the driver or the office to tell me of my mistake even if I had received an email to say the driver had been & no one was there I would not have had 10 people waiting to go to the airport, I could have arranged something else given enough time.

The last 3 bookings, despite earlier good experiences, resulted in our arrival and no taxi driver. Each time we had to call, and each time we experienced some delay. We have decided not to use your compancy again.l
