“The airport arrival experience was not good.names were not displayed prominently and we kept waiting over an hour before transfer was arranged .had to badger road get it. Return pick up was on time”

“We could not find our driver initially and you should give details of a specific meeting place. Return journey was fine. TFS is a very busy airport arrivals hall, with many travellers speaking no Spanish. More definite instructions would be appreciated.”
