Driver was late and wasn't in the specified location with my name on a board. After a number of phone calls with the Spanish driver I found a person in the location where the driver should've been and he spoke to the driver on my phone and said I had to go down a floor to the bus stops and meet the driver there. We went down to the bus stop and managed to find the driver. VERY POOR SERVICE

Honestly - it was stressful! There was a marathon in Alicante on our morning of pick up so the taxi could not come to our hotel. However, this should have been known by the company and we could have met them at a different location Thanks Sarah

Had to go looking for the office @ Tenerife airport. Normally when rebooking driver is waiting at arrivals with your name. Queue at the office. Bit of a struggle as my wife was in a wheelchair. Transfer mini bus Had seen it's better days. Driver was very good.

We were not informed that we had to go to the taxi window in the arrivals hall. We were expecting someone to be holding a placard with my name so it took some time to find out the procedure. We then had to wait in a queue while taxis came and went until my name was finally called.

Nobody waiting in arrivals hall. Had to find desk where lots of other customers were waiting. Waited for around 20 mins and then was asked to share transport with another family going to same resort. Not the private transfer we booked.

I waited 30 minutes for my driver to arrive and when he did arrive he told me that he had run out of driving hours so the Zip transfers boss booked me a taxi. The taxi was good

I was waiting 40 min at the airport before the driver show up. This is the second time i have to wait In nov it was 30 min waiting. Next time i will use another transfer company

No problems on arrival, however did not turn up for return journey .Concierge rang them as a driver did turn up but had a different name. Despite concluding he should have our name he left . We then organised another transfer an extra cost to us We are still waiting for refund. !

Booked a transfer from Tenerife airport on Friday 20th December.Expected a driver to be waiting as arranged no driver waiting so went to desk to ask why only to be greeted by about 20 people waiting for taxis asked at desk told their would be about a half hour which it was.When we went out it was a mini bus not a car as we had booked and paid for on the whole a bad experience would not use this company again.

the return journey the driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and he picked us up from the wrong area of the complex.

The pickup at the airport was in a rundown van. Granted that we were the only two passengers, which is as expected, it wasn't a comfortable vehicle. On the return to the airport, our driver did not show up. I never found out what happened, whether the assigned driver was late, or if another driver was sent instead and asked for a tip anyway. Regardless, very little trust factor. Won't use again.

Ordered a taxi from Tenerife airport, where a driver was suppose to meet and greet with me. Waited and looked for the driver in the arrival hall for 20 min. Then had to call the help line in UK to get help. Was told to go to a desk to get help. Went to the desk and from there taken outside where I had to wait in line for another 20 min for a taxi.

3rd time I have booked for a collection at Tenerife airport to hotel Everytime have had to wait for Taxi the last time 45mins you should be waiting at arrivals with a name board Thanks Martyn

Met by rude staff at the airport ,that shouted at me because our plane was delayed. The signage to find them was non existent and only found them when we'd looked everywhere else in arrivals ,no clipboard man at all. The drivers that took us too and from the villa were very nice.

Have used Zip three times in Tenerife and while the first time was excellent, the next occasions were really poor. It was supposed to be meet and greet, but unfortunately conspicuous by their absence. I had to phone their contact number, then wait at nominated desk in reception hall for driver to arrive. Unlikely to use again.

After picking us up from the airport the driver when nearing our hotel[H15 The palace] told me that he was unable to drop us outside as there was restricted access. He left us 200 metres from the hotel[not in sight] and told us it was up the road in front on the right hand side. We walked up the road and couldn't find it.We asked in a bar and was told it was futher up the road around a corner. It wan't easy to wheel 3 cases across cobbled streats. Upon collection the same driver asked if he could pick us up at the same place he dropped us. I told him that there were plenty of cars around and there was a parking space outside the hotel. it became evident that he had to take a 3-4 minute detour through the old town to get back on the main road.This is why he didn't take us to the hotel entrance upon arrival. It seemed to me he had his own interest at heart rather than ours!!

Arrived at Madrid Airport, no sign of our driver, called help line and they said they would send someone, obviously we had been forgetten, 25min wait, phone call, driver spoke no English and had no identifying badge or sign, needed a spanish lady nearby to talk to him and get location, transfer then was fine. We had booked a return, tried helpline number night before and early departure day but was not ringing. Sent e mail to confirm pick up, after 9am phone was working and we were told that she would need to speak to manager to confirm collection and she had our e mail and would reply. Reply stated someone would be outside Hotel Riu Plaza Espana 10.55, we saw a man on Phone outside Hotel at 11am I asked was he looking for Mr Green, he replied 4 persons so we left with him, 10 mins into Journey Mario called to ask where we were, i explained we had taken wrong taxi, obviously my mistake but this arose due losing confidence in the Airport pick up and not seeing any identification or signage and thinking this is how Ziptransfers work, or not.

Mala experiencia. Me recogieron más de 30 minutos tarde tras contactarles reiteradamente sin que me atendieran el teléfono . Además me hicieron dirigirme a otro lugar que no era el concertado. Además presenté reclamación por escrito en dos ocasiones y tan siquiera me respondieron.
