"I recently had a pair of aluminium motorcycle silencers coated by Zircotec. When they were returned the silencers were deformed in as much as a strip that runs along one side of the silencers is now raised and the hanger clips no longer fit around the body. Whilst I returned the silencers, Zircotec refused to accept that they had caused the deformity and they would offer no form of remedial action or a refund. If you are dealing with this company take photos of all items before sending them for treatment. Better still, use another company."
