Why do I need to deposit 0.004BTC to zombinu account to withdraw or transfer currently owned BTC to PayPal?

I think this is a scam scheme. I deposit de 0,004btc in order to withdraw the rest and it made the wrong conversion from my coin to BTC. So they ask for another deposit, now I Lost my money and the rest I owned with promocode ALEXBTC. I Guess its the same.
