“Doug dog house was brought this month. Found out after ordered it's made outside the country. Should have a badge or logo for British made products for customers who want support businesses in this country.
The quality of materials is cheap and awful. Sent out with cracked wood. If we were to hold it on edge the piece of wood would fall off.
Do not recommend.

“Current promotion of 10% off Grain-Free didn't work. Website is misleading. Customer service team claimed that the GRAINFREE-10 discount code expired in 2023 which is strange given that there is a advert banner on their website encouraging us to use the code. When you get to checkout, the code doesn't work and the website returns a "technical error". Beware - all is not as it seems.”
“Zooplus.co.uk are always prompt with generally 2 day delivery of Royal Canin Mini Dog Biscuits and have an excellent range of dog and cat food and trats and toys etc. They are very competitively priced as well and there service since i have used them for a few years excellent. Well Done and Keep up the great work, They also donate points to animal rescue centres or you can keep them for treats for your pet. Yodel Delivery within 2 days of order. Evri tend to be slower at deliveries. Give you the choice of service for delivery.”
“SCAM cancelation policy.. Company isn't as genuine as you would think, if you place wrong order, forget they listen! I tried to cancel seconds after ordering but there was no such option even though they would try to gaslight you there was. they won't let you cancel, then you need to wait nearly a week for delivery of the wrong items. I made mistake ordering dog food for large amount of money, they won't let me cancel and I have no funds to buy correct dog food. The customer help line will fill you in with empty apologies and gaslight you. Id never buy anything from them again as they cancelation policy is SCAM. I did inform a girl at customer service I will put negative review if they refuse to cancel it to which she replied its not a problem and I am welcome to do that so here you go I will do it everywhere I can .”

“Terrible experience. No quality control. Received a faulty cat tree.. Was meant to be uplifted on 2 separate occasions. Couriers did not arrive. Meanwhile a new cat tree arrived with a part missing. Still waiting on my £125 refund and have a large boxed cat tree in my hallway whilst lost 2 days sitting waiting for a courier. Use another Company!”

“Having been a customer for a number of years, I received a mail-shot with discount code (nice touch I thought), sadly the code didn’t work. When you try to contact them they send a standard reply saying ‘I the customer have done something wrong’, very frustrating & extremely annoying. That was the last time I use them, clearly run by robots without brains.”

My dog is on Royal Canin vet diet for colitis and Zooplus are on average £40 cheaper than vets and £20 cheaper than the usual pet supply shops. 14kg bag £59.99 cheaper if you have a loyalty coupon. Wolf of wilderness brand human grade ancestral dog food is also brilliant quality for dogs without digestive issues like my Weimaraner.”
