“Incredible customer service! I made an inquiry about purchasing a fin for a SUP I purchased two years ago from Amazon, and they shipped me a replacement immediately! I love the paddleboard so much I have purchased a second one. Quality products and excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer.”

“Overall is good, a lot improvement since I bought one in 5/2021. However, changing the paddle to black color made me unpleased: it looked cheap and dull. Other than this, the boat itself is very good and I’m happy with it!”

“We had a horrible experience with the company. First, our trampoline arrived without all of the parts. We had planned on giving it to our kids as a surprise for Christmas. Needless to say the Christmas surprise was ruined. Once customer service finally did get back with us it took 3 days to send the package and then they shipped it standard mail- which took even longer. It was after new year’s before my kids got to have fun on something that was a mere lack of quality control.There is no customer service phone number . You must deal strictly through email. It is not an American company. I would never have purchased through them if I realized this was how problems were handled.”

“We really like the trampoline. However, the installation was somewhat difficult, primarily due to a lack of detailed instructions. Installation of the netting took four attempts before we had it right. I felt that more specific direction would have helped immensely.”

“Customer service from Zupapa is amazing and on such a personal level. They are considerate and respond quickly. I had issues with my credit card not allowing the charge so my purchase was delayed to a time when the sale ended. Zupapa honored the sale and sent the trampoline right away. I gave it for Christmas so haven’t opened it yet but I am confident all will be well and if not, I am sure with their great customer service so far, they will be on top of it. Thank you!”

“Had 4 of my 7 children set up the 12ft saffun in about 2.5 hrs. Not only did it go up without a problem, we downloaded the video, but they had fun doing it together. Extremely well built and glad that I did not buy a less costly trampoline. Safety is paramount.”

“We are grateful to Phoebe for all her help with getting the needed parts for our trampoline replaced. She was constantly in contact with us until we received the parts and installed them...just in time for the grandkids to enjoy during their Thanksgiving stay. Phoebe is definitely an asset to your company.”

“We had our trampoline for a little under a year before a few post bent and it was unusable. I contacted ZUPAPA support and they had amazing response time and great customer service. Not only are we getting the part needed to enjoy the trampoline again, but in a timely manner so we don’t have to wait weeks on end. Five stars all around!”
