“My 2 kids love the trampoline. The size are perfect for small space in your house. When I have to replace a couple parts the staff is was very helpful, good professional and very quickly.”

“I had a very pleasant and timely exchange with Yummy at Zupapa. The response time was within 24 hours of each email sent and every question asked was responded to. I was looking for a replacement net for our 14' trampoline. Though the payment seemed a little fishy with the email address I was given, Yummy verified the payment was received and the order was processed immediately. I was shocked to receive our order so quickly. By the time I was given tracking information, delivery was scheduled for the next day! So fast! The net was exactly what we expected and fit our trampoline perfectly. They even checked in with us to make sure the package was safely delivered and met our expectations. It was fantastic customer service!”

“Phoebe has been an absolute gem. Even though it appeared as if I couldn't order a replacement net for my trampoline on the website, she was able to arrange a simple way to place the order. She assisted me from start to finish, even with tracking the FedEx shipment, which was delayed. I can't tell you how much I appreciate having competent, reliable and responsive service providers when it comes to on-line ordering. It makes the process smooth and made me feel really comfortable and great about Zupapa!”

“I was so excited to get our trampoline from Zupapa, but only two of the three boxes arrived. I wrote to Zupapa and a wonderful team member got back to me quickly, she found that the box was lost in shipment and quickly sent out a new box. I did not hesitate to contact her to ask where the box was at and when it would arrive. We were very excited when it did. The assembly was straight forward and very easy. My kids are loving it!”

“I have 5 of these boards and we have had them 2 summers now. We use them almost every weekend to float /paddle down the river! Love love love these boards! Everything I need! Plenty of d-rings. Lots of room. Plenty of grip for the doggos. A seat in case u feel like kayak paddling or just laying back relaxing. I highly recommend this board! My one only flaw maybe would be the bag. It is not a fancy zipper bag but it has a drawstring at the top and does the job. I am very impressed with their customer service on a broken fin and broken paddle. I merely inquired for a place to (buy) a replacement fin or lost pin out of a fin and they were very quick to offer me free replacements of my damaged pieces! I was very very pleasantly surprised! They followed up with me several times as well! Great boards and a great company!”

“The SUP has performed flawlessly and Zupapa customer service the same. Carelessness on my part lost the screw that holds the larger of the three fins in place. One email to Zupapa customer service asking how I could by a replacement resulted in a new fin via FedEx in 5 days and at no charge!”

“The rebounder has been assembled but usage is minimal at this point. I would like to say that the customer service I received from Zupapa for a rip to the mat that might have been my fault caused when putting it together. Wendy and team had a new mat on my doorstep within 3 days of my email and they were professional and courteous throughout the process.”
