“Zupapa has been an easy company to work with. Jenna helped us order replacement parts for our trampoline. They even went so far as to send an extra top piece! I believe we had the replacement parts within 2-3 weeks. The company does care about its customers! Thank you Jenna at Zupapa!”

“The customer service is EXCELLENT. We have two paddle boards and parts have broken or gone missing and have been replaced at no cost ASAP. Jenna from Customer Service responds promptly to all emails. We love the boards and have been very happy using them these past two summers.”

“I really appreciate Yummy's (Zupapa brand representative) commitment to excellence. I was able to coordinate with Yummy via email from the website and always received an immediate response in a professional manner. My son and I really love our Zupapa outdoor trampoline and use it all the time...it brings us great happiness! We needed a replacement part and due to the pandemic could not locate it anywhere but Yummy was able to help us.”

“Purchased 3 inflatable paddle boards (two 10 foot and one 11 foot), received them as expected. I did have a problem with one pump but Rainy at Zupapa replaced it with no questions asked. We have used the boards a few times and they perform well. Would recommend them.”

“Fast shipping on trampoline order. When there was an issue with the net (a tear near the zipper), the company quickly shipped a replacement at no charge -- and followed up to ensure it had arrived.”

“The nicest trampoline we've seen!! So happy we chose Zupapa! We did tons of research and decided on this brand because of the great reviews and the fact the net can go on the outside of the mat. We had a small issue after installation and the company immediately fixed the problem for us, no questions asked! Amazing trampoline and amazing customer service!”
