We love our new trampoline! So happy we choose this brand and ordered directly from the company (vs Amazon). The quality and safety features are amazing. We had a few missing springs upon delivery (the box had been slightly damaged in shipping). Customer service was so quick to respond and mail us new ones! Very impressed!

We purchased the dome climber for our grandkids. They LOVE it. It was easy to put together. The only issue we had was the delivery folks weren’t gentle with our package and a couple of the plastic grips/handles were broken. I notified ZUPAPA and they quickly sent replacement pieces. Very happy!

Although we had some issues with delivery (our box 3 had gotten lost in shipping), the customer service was excellent. I was a little skeptical at first because there was no phone number (only email), but Betty returned each one of my correspondences by the next day and they shipped me out another box 3 without hesitation. Great customer service!
