“Amazing product! Have had it for 3+ years and then recently realized that it can use a bit of refreshing, so decided to contact Zupapa support team. In no time, thanks to Yummy I got all the parts needed on a reasonable price! Great support, great company, great product! My trampoline is like new and it will be in use for at least 3-4 more years.”

“We’ve had our Zupapa trampoline for five years and it has gotten a lot of use, especially during the pandemic when daily sports options were limited. After five years of exposure to the elements (including my kids and their friends) we did have a tear in the net and the spring padding had started to fray. I contacted customer service and was able to purchase replacements. The customer service was fantastic, very responsive and super helpful and made the process easy. I communicated with Jenna who was great and proactively checked in with me and made sure I received what I needed.”

“After doing a bit of research we purchased our trampoline from Zupapa. The trampoline arrived quickly but there was a hole in the mat. Our research paid off- we were given FANTASTIC customer service. (Shout out to Jenna!) A new mat was sent out promptly, and we also received a follow up email confirming that we were satisfied. Indeed, we are. Superb customer care. - Bob & Joanne Brown”

“My daughter and all of the neighborhood kids truly love the Zupapa 15-foot trampoline in our backyard. I recently had to contact Zupapa to replace a bent net pole and the company immediately sent a replacement pole at no cost... it was great customer service!”

“I don't typically write reviews but this board and it's company deserves one. I was looking for a board that had the kayak seats and the 4-piece kayak convertible paddle. What really caught my eye about this board was the 3 year warranty and the weight limit of the board. The board is sturdy and seems to be well made. The kayak seat that comes with this board is a very nice quality. The board has 3 removable fins. The front of the fins slides into a notch and the back of the fins are screwed in to provide extra security. The company is wonderful to work with. I had a problem with one of the paddles, I contacted the company and it was resolved within a week. The fact that they not only took care of the problem promptly but did it with kindness was so appreciated by me. I will definitely encourage others to purchase this product. I'm very please, so pleased I have 2 of these boards.”

“Our trampoline has provided many hours of enjoyment and a much needed platform for energy release for our three sons and their friends. Zupapa service has been excellent as well... needed some replacement springs and they quickly responded and shipped to us for free! How awesome is that.”

“The trampoline is very good quality. My 3 sons have been jumping on it everyday since we got it. We did need a replacement net a little after a year of use. I contacted the company to order a new net. Their customer service was awesome! They went above and beyond to get me a new net. Thank you Zupapa!”
