I started using the Magnesium spray to help with pain. I have fibromyalgia, and osteopenia, and arthritis and finally early menopause. I am in constant pain and I also suffer with restless feet, which causes muscle pain as a knock on effect. I spray the Magnesium onto the painful areas and not least my feet. For me it works to slow/ stop my feet moving and reduces the pain. It also helps to calm me as my mind races when I go to bed, but after the spray I fall asleep really easy.
