I was skeptical and even a bit fearful after trying this the first time. The boost to my training was pretty amazing. I’m almost 60 years old but I’ve spent my life training for arguably the most demanding sport there is, climbing and skiing the highest peaks on earth pure style, no sup oxygen drugs or porters. So even at my age, with passion to keep going is a balancing act of figuring out training and nutrition at an older age. KeytoneIQ has really been a welcomed aspect to that balancing act. Another interesting thing is that when a human climbs to above 20,000 feet, the body naturally switches to burning keytones so I was curious if the product would mimic that at lower altitudes. It really does. What that means is a more efficient fuel source from base to summit. I will be testing it at altitude next month and am very curious to see what kind of difference keytone iq makes up high. But in general for my training, it’s everything as advertised and probably more. Mike Marolt U.S.A. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame 2017
