Absolutely fantastic flavour (lemon sherbet), amazing customer service and customer care, and the price is unbeatable (I always get the deal of buy in small bulk and save money). Also a great range of different strengths for their in house made liquids, you can even mix the strengths in the deal as well as the flavours, if for example you like a stronger nicotine content during the day, and a slightly lower one for before bedtime etc. The flavour is what I can only describe as delicious, the sort of flavour you can vape all day long and the taste is delicious, tasty but not so overpowering that you cannot vape it for very long, similarly it never seems to lose its lovely taste no matter how long you are vaping it for. In fact, I have been vaping the exact same flavour for years and still thoroughly enjoy every single puff. The range of flavours and strengths as previously mentioned (including zero nicotine, how cool is that) are brilliant for those who may wish to mix and match, though I know what I like and stick to it. Very good quality eliquid which are a product made by the company itself, although they sell products from elsewhere also if desired. The customer service is unbeatable, it's very easy to tell that they take pride and passion in the products they make and selling at such affords rates. A real sense of actual people behind the vapes, rather than just a huge buisiness that only care about money and don't care for their customers. I made a request on my order form once and they fulfilled my request seamlessly and hassle free (I was having issues with a batch of atomisers, not purchased from here and entirely seperate issue, so I requested a batch of liquids that had less colouring in them, they turned up just as I had asked ... it turns out I just had a bad batch of atomisers which I had bought from Amazon). I really also love the points system, whereby you can accumulate points with every order, and as those points stack up they can be either used alongside your payment or, if you order very regularly, can replace payment altogether. Unlike other businesses with similar points systems, here you are in complete control over how many points you wish to use (if you even wish to use any points at all on some orders, I like to accumulate mine when I have money, and use points when I'm lower on money but still need eliquid) and when you would like to use them ... other companies automatically take all points off on the next purchase which is a little annoying when you are trying to accumulate. I've forgotten to order eliquid in good enough time for the free shipping (yes, they offer free shipping with some products or deals, which is great), so I have used some or all of my points to get faster purchased shipping or even next day delivery, meaning I'm never without eliquid. I prefer to save my points for when I forget to order liquids in a good timeframe, meaning I can have them sent to me fast even if I cannot afford the extra shipping fees with my money. Not many companies allow for points to be used on shipping also. I would highly highly recommend this company, I have been using them for many years now and will continue to do so for as long as they are in buisiness. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else, their own made products that I use are just the best. Go and get your liquids, salts, hardware and miscellaneous items from here asap, you simply cannot find a better place. Even the bottles they come in are great quality).
