I ordered a Snow600, unfortunately although packed perfectly it didn't work, rang Electromarket, instant apology, offered refund or replacement without question, hey instantly sent a return label. I opted for replacement, which they kindly sent same day and it arrived in 2 days. Absolutely professional, polite and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
