A mixed but honest review : The Table is excelllent, the ordering process was simple, arranging the delivery was speedy and within 72 hours a delivery van arrived with our table. Unfortunately this is where the great experience, declined. The delivery drivers 2 fit and healthy looking guys late 20's, immediately said upon arriving, "we can not take this table up those steps!" (there are 7 steps). When I asked what the solution was, they pondered and agreed that there only course of action was to leave the table at the base of the steps and it was now my problem. To be fair the solid oak table was heavy. To solve the problem I was presented with by Top Furniture, I had to completely strip it down, dismantling the table, (a little disconcerting having paid nearly £2,000 for it), but this enabled me (a 60 year old) to carry it up the 7 steps, then re assemble it in my dining room. In conclusion, great product, very disappointing service. If such a heavy item needs a 4 man delivery team, then this is what is needed and I would of happily paid the extra for a complete service. The table despite my taking it apart and putting it back together is fabulous Top Furniture 👍🏼 .... appaling customer service culture 😫
