We purchased 2 vegepods and set them up quickly and planted them out with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes (low height ones), onions, spring onions, carrots, capsicums, bok Choi and radishes. All crops have grown fast and delivered great results. We move the pods around to meet the sun through the day and they are easy to handle. While they have inbuilt watering systems I tend to hand water as I use the time to monitor the plants. Following harvesting all my lettuce (supplying family and the cricket club) I'm now on my second round of seedlings.
My tips on planting - be careful what you plant on the edges as the lid is opened and closed a lot so leaf damage can occur. Don't overplant your seeds as they need a bit of room. Use support stakes or frames to help the plants stand up.
Highly recommended where you like stand up gardening and you don't have available ground space. A nice compromise for me having come from 6 large ground beds in my previous house.
