It’s the wood one so a warmer feel and more appealing. It has almost exactly what I need- a bottle opener and corkscrew! Scissors are always useful . Blades are sharp and I always have it in my pocket- it’s surprising just how often I need it. Good price and excellent customer service (I rarely write reviews)
