I tried CBD for the first time, heard a lot of benefits of it. And here is my experience. I tried CBD at a bedtime 1 ml for about 3 weeks continuously. My sleep never was so deep, as it was on CBD Oil. I had some stress issues on my job, and it helped to deal with it too. I did it few times at a daytime and it was kinda sedative, probably it is an option for very stressed days. Sometimes, at the morning I felt too sedative, it took extra time to wake up, probably have to adjust dose, or take it few hours before bed. Still trying to figure out how to apply it better to my daily routine. Conclusion: it’s very powerful product, with a lot of point of application, and you have to do your own research how it works personally for you.
