We are super happy with the Shadow Pergola. Delivery was on time and everything was packed up really well. Assembly took quite a lot longer than quoted. About a day and a half / 2 days for one person with occasional help from a second pair of hands. But it wasn't complicated. The Louvre mechanism works perfectly and is water tight so far. We also bought the heater which I'm very happy with. Only knocked off one star as the whole thing wasn't as stable as we hoped. Even with all the bolts in place at the feet of each upright. This was easy enough to fix for us as we could bolt it to a wall too so now it's super steady. Excellent value.
