I really love the idea: it looks good and allows for a much better adjustment on the wrist than the standard NATO straps. One huge benefit is that you can fit in 20mm straps into the 22mm buckle and it still looks great.
However, I found MK2 version uncomfortable on the wrist, it's surfaces are pretty sharp and ultimately ended up not using it. I will give MK3 a shot though as it looks like it may address the issue.
