I actually purchased the Crossnet bundle which included both singles and doubles nets, a carrying case, a pump, an elite ball, and all of the poles, hardware etc. I was very impressed with the quality and the quickness that I got my product. However, I was disappointed to find out that the ball did not hold air. I checked to see if there was a hole but couldn’t find one so I reached out to Crossnet, and they immediately sent me a new ball free of charge. They took care of my issue very quickly and treated me with great respect. It was very nice to be able to communicate with an actual person rather than a robot. Like I said earlier, the quality is top-notch. Having all of the poles and stakes being made out of metal makes them durable and strong. In addition to that, having the nets and ropes made out of a thick material, helps them to withstand being hit by the ball or being stretched out. I also love the fact that you can use it on a variety of surfaces like grass, sand, dirt etc. One thing I would like to see them improve on is the carrying case. With all of the metal it tends to stick out and be very uncomfortable to carry. It is also a little loud when you walk because all of the metal is banging around. It would be nice to have some sort of hard case (like a thick rubber) that has a cushioned inside to keep the metal quiet and secure. As well as separate pockets for the nets, balls, and pump like the carrying case now has. I was a PE major in college and learned about Crossnet because we used it in one of our classes. We had a blast using it and learning how to teach kids how to play. Once I graduated I knew I had to buy my own and have thoroughly enjoyed using it at family and friends parties, as well as in my physical education classes at my school.
