Hello Love Cocoa. I've been meaning to get in touch. I bought this egg as a gift for my partner and although it was lovely chocolate the egg was broken. I've got a picture how it came. It was probably mishandled by the mail service but I did notice that there was minimal packing in the box containing the egg, some tissue paper underneath. So when you do this next year it definitely needs more support/tissue paper to protect the egg. Packaging, chocolate and environmental credentials on point though, I would really like to buy from you again in the future. Kind regards, Craig
