Finally, a few days with dew point >5 degrees difference. Phase 1 of 4. Started with making solution (1/4 of each bottle) with perfect instructions with job guide checklist, timing, and tips. Started in bathroom about 25 square feet. Took me 10 sq feet of trim around the toilet to figure a paintbrush is no good. Switched to 6 inch microfobre roller. 10 sq feet more of practice and boom! I was a pro with the next 40 sq foot of foyer and kitchen trim. The pics say it all. Note the blue tape safe walking area to protect the fresh coats of covertech from any traffic for 3 days. After each quadrant is sealed the other quadrants of the kitchen remain open and usable till the job is done. This is about ¼ the job and first of expected 2 coats. The solution really has a lot of coverage as I had almost 1 cup left over after doing like 60 sq feet. The parts I did after my practice/on the job training (20 sq ft) look amazing. Now we have humidity so part 2 will be in a few more days. I'll send you more updates and pics. I love your product. Beautiful, bulletproof and Non-skid. Phase 2 - Applied second coat to bathroom and foyer. Phase 3 - decided to sand off tiles in bathroom and foyer and reapply sealant. Phase 4 - Extra thorough cleaning and a full application to entire area in one coat with experience being patient and working each fresh roller of sealant back and forth slowly working sealant evenly on 10 - 12 tiles till a matte finish appears and the roller just starting to get tacky. Then move on to the next 10 - 12 tiles backwards till finished. Looks amazing and perfect with like 20 square inches of missed application under a door. Wow - no need to say more just look at the finish in the pics. Note: notice the little area for access to the kitchen I painted two days before starting the job.
