Ordered in August and knew it was out of stock at that point. Delivery was advised to be second half of September and we received a call at that time to advise if a delivery date and that it would be in the morning. The evening before delivery we received a text to give an hours time slot for the following morning. Delivery arrived spot on time. Two very helpful and polite delivery men put the item in the required room. The item was well packaged. No problems with the item at all once unpacked. All as expected and a very solid quality piece of furniture. All in all we are very happy with our purchase, it finishes the room of wonderfully.
