Firstly a good website that was easy to use an order, very swift delivery. The packaging itself was immaculate, robust and easy to open; small thing but can make all the difference especially as it allows the product to arrive undamaged. The fittings (screws, rawlplugs etc) were of good quality, not the usual cheap stuff that is supplied. The fact they supplied a wood specific pilot drill was a nice touch. On top of this, a decent set of instructions should you need it. The shelf and bracket were engineered to a high standard and very aesthetically pleasing. Very impressed.
