I've had smaller Paxton water drinkers before so I knew what to expect. The ball valve is standard, so it is easy to get spares and easy to setup, unlike other makes I've had. The big opening hatch gives good access.
I wanted a trough that sat on the ground but was a good height. It holds far more water than needed for our horses but there's no harm in that.
