After being diagnosed with moderate-severe glaucoma on both my eyes when I was 40 yrs old, it was terribly disheartening. Glaucoma runs in my family with my mother, sister and aunts suffering from it. Over the next three years, my glaucoma deteriorated and was finally stabilised with using 3 glaucoma medications. It took those three long years before I could finally face the reality of my eye condition. Being a pharmacist by training, I know the effectiveness and also limitations of medications. I decided to do everything I could to manage the glaucoma holistically. I took a step back from a stressful career, started mindful meditation, exercising daily and also taking supplements helpful for eyes. There were many supplements that are beneficial for the eyes but at some point there was fatigue in having to take so many different capsules a day. When I was introduced to Nutravision, I was really impressed with the ingredients - a mixture of 10 high-strength antioxidants and vitamins and all in one capsule. I have been taking Nutravision for about 12 months now (since May 2023). My eye pressure has so far been stable (at 12 mmHg) in the last three visits to the doctor which I am very thankful for. It is of course difficult to attribute everything positive to Nutravision as I am on glaucoma medications and have made drastic lifestyle changes.
