Very impressive product. Had pressure-washed the patio but it was so infested with black spot and lichen that it didn’t make much of a difference. Then applied the product for about four hours, reapplying to keep it damp as per the instructions, and it has come up like new. It got rid of all of it. The lichen needed to be scrubbed off with a stiff brush by hand, which was fine because the result was so good. I’m showing before and after photos to friends and family. Amazing stuff. Going to try it on my mother-in-law’s patio next.
