I'm happy with this fan overall. I do wish it had memory so when I turned it off and back on it would remember the last settings (light + fan speed) it was on, but it's fine that it doesn't - that would just have been a nice to have. The light does auto-set to a very yellow color and I installed recessed lights which are much cooler than the coolest light setting on the fan, but that's not a huge deal for me. I typically will use the dim fan light or the recessed lights, not both at the same time.
