I designed a flag and submitted it. I received an email reply stating that the image I had submitted was not large enough to work with the size flag that I was wanting and that they needed a higher resolution image. I found the original image and sent it back to them. I then followed up with a phone call to insure that they received it and that it was going to work. I spoke with Stephanie A and she assured me that the new image was high enough resolution and would work. I then asked her if my text was the same color as my logo and found out that I had used purple instead of blue. Stephanie fixed the text color and sent me a new proof. I consider that genuine customer service. I now have my flag and love it!
