Simply love them! Bought to replaced homemade bins that werent the best. Communication was excellent. Delivery was not a problem. They come flat packed with everything you need to erect(except drill/screwdriver!) It need two people to erect, to hold sides together. Easy to manage. All that the instructions didn't say was whether the lids needed screwing down. Ive left them and left the narrower side to open. As not too clear if there is a correct way or not. Hopefully I will get many years service out of them.
