The concept is amazing. Love the ease of everything and no nails and minimal measuring to hang. Overall they turned out pretty good. A few things to keep in mind when designing. 1. They shadow the edges of the box out where you upload the photo. When you think you have zoomed out enough when uploading the photo/logo, zoom out a little further. When doing the design online, it appeared that our entire logo was in focus. Upon receiving the plaques, the borders of the logo are shadowed out still. This did not reflect the images when I designed online. A little disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on these. But altogether seems like a quality product. Just make sure you have everything correct when designing.
