I recently purchased the 10'3 ft white SUP and I've really enjoyed using it so far! The instruction manual was quite easy to follow with diagrams and sections for each item. The paper/video instructions however lacked a bit of detail on the different functions of the pump (i.e. opening the extra valve to turn from a dual-action to single-action pump, and identifying the inflation valve at the top/deflation valve at the bottom). The board came with a few imperfections but no major problems/faults; you can really see and feel the quality in the board and other items (especially the paddle). Well worth the money!
