J&J always use fresh ingredients no matter what bird food you use for your feathered friends. I use the fruit,nut, veg alongside Harrisons hp and fresh veg.
However I did purchase my Harrisons high potency from Midland parrots as I had a great deal on it.. we all love to get a great deal every now and again. 😊😊
