My shipment always comes at the right time, just before I get too low on my collagen. My nails and hair have been growing faster than ever the past few months after starting this product. I've been complimented twice by coworkers on how I look "glowing" lately. I can't help but wonder if that is also connected! I keep it right next to my coffee and put a scoop in every single morning. It took by the end of the first month to notice the strength and length in my nails and by about two months to notice the growth of my hair. I have no plans to change my routine or subscription becauss it is affordable as well. Also, it tastes like nothing! I have also put it in a few smoothies if I happen to skip coffee. It's worth it.
