Taser under Axon is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Once again a Taser product arrived with inadequate instructions for someone unfamiliar with the product, the product door wouldn't open & the paper sticking out from it wouldn't fully pull out & when after 4 Hours I finally was able to open the door (the instructions did not properly tell me how ) the paper was still sticking under a battery (Photo 1) and I had to spend more time getting it out & then I still couldn't close the door as in my opinion it is physically impossible (See Photo 2). My brother in law was finally able to do it & he said you must perfectly align things which takes time which wasn't like their YouTube Video. The Cartridges come in a case that looks like a tight medieval torture system & the instructions do not adequately tell you how to open the case & get the cartridge out. It took me 2 Hours of trial & error.Even worse is the customer service for consumers is terrible at best. You call the company up & you get contradictory phone options that make no sense ( listen to all of them & tell me I'm wrong) & then you get the usual "Due to overwhelming amount of calls" (I called I believe around 9:10 AM PST) you get to leave your phone number which they then do not return your calls. I think the product itself when it is properly assemble & works is a good one but I will buy this item in the future from a smaller store where I can actually talk to a human being who actually answers the phone who can help me with any assembly/installation or technical problems I may have which apparently Taser/Axon can not do in what I consider acceptable time.
