I have a Victron Solar system on my California Ocean, the Epever was giving me the data I wanted.
The Victron kit is around £200, whereas the Venus development app done for free by Victron (with no official support, but very good forum support) This runs on the Raspberry Pi 4 2GB really well with a 32GB SD card. The Victron 100/20 delivers the information via Bluetooth, then my RPi delivers the information via WiFi to my Slate Ax and 5G GL Dev modem. The whole setup has cost me around £300, where as, if I had purchased the nighthawk Netgear and Victron Cerbo GX that would have been around £1200.
I’ve also got a RPi 4-4GB as my Retropie 5k retro games on a TMNT 4 player cabinet.
Works flawlessly and I can now save & load games, I’m trying to finish Gauntlet, after 40 years of playing it !!
