I’ve only been taking it for a couple of weeks so I’m not really sure. Of course we know it taste awful but you do get used to it. I take it right before I work out and it does give me more energy as a 70 year old. I like to try it in the afternoon too. I can’t say that it’s curbed my appetite for more than maybe an hour and a half but I’m going to keep using it and I can’t remember if I’m on a standing order or not you can help me. 😎
