Solar car kit was good, students enjoyed racing them and there was lots of discussion around why they did not work inside the classroom, even though there was light. Had to get parent helpers in for my Year 4 class to make the kits and some needed to be glued together to stay together.
Some of the teacher material was good, some was silly/weird. this kit tied nicely into our inquiry in Term 2 of Forces and Energy
