The delivery was very quick and the customer service was okay but slow. The chair looks amazing and feels so comfortable but the chair unfortunately came with no instructions on how to assemble it, so I ended up guessing how to do it but Lakeland sent me the instructions via email the next day which didn’t help at the time. Other than that I would but from here again.
