Before we started the 4 month program Fletcher would need to be rocked and or fed to sleep which could take more the half an hour. Now his down and I’m out of his room within a minute. If he does need a resettle a little stroke and shush and his back off to sleep. Most of his naps he sleeps so well I have to do “happy wake up”. We have started him on solids and he loves it! He loves to hold the spoon which makes for a very messy meal time. Bath time now is finding all the new places we find food. We love the program which has set Fletcher up for a very consistent routine and his sleep has improved a lot. Thank you Richard and Renae
