As a keen fly fisherman I tend to mostly fish dry flies and almost exclusively PTNs or GRHEs, unless I’m in pursuit of winter grayling. I try my best to present flies or nymphs as delicately as possible and this furled nymphing leader certainly allows that. It is quite critical, however, that the complete set up of the fly line, furled leader, tippet and size and weight of the fly are perfectly matched to achieve the desired delicate turnover. Highly recommended.
