The expectation I had from the shipping FAQ on the website was the pillow would arrive in 2-5 working days. After a week had passed, I chased my order by email and then a day later I phoned the team. I got through immediately and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and explained they were busy hand making my cases as we spoke. My order shipped that day but it took 12 days from order to delivery, longer than I expected especially without any pro-active communication.
